As a small form factor, ZD-RaMW3 microwave radar module is a 5.8GHz body-sensing radar with the RDW1502-QFN32 chip as its core, which can achieve the detection of targets’ distance, speed and moving direction. And the SOC solution we have ensures the full consistency in frequency, power, range and coverage, effectively solve the interference of Co-channel and environment. The flexible and matchable frequency, power, range and coverage make it an ideal embedded solution for sensing applications with high distance requirements.

Application

Smart Sensor

With a microwave radar module in the smart sensor, the motion and presence of people can be detected even through a solid concrete wall and so can be installed in invisible locations. If integrating with a home automation server, users can receive notifications on smartphone or via an Echo Dot (Alexa).
